Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) is the signature program of Five Frogs, Inc., a nonprofit organization addressing the critical need for leader development in Connecticut.


Five Frogs, Inc. is building a powerful movement of diverse leaders with the competencies, mindset, drive and relationships necessary to create lasting, positive change for an equitable Connecticut. We provide individual and group support, helping leaders maximize strengths, learn from experience and leverage the power of inclusive networks.


Connecticut is stronger and more equitable as a result of effective, diverse social impact leaders working together across boundaries of difference to solve complex social problems and strengthen communities.

To achieve this mission, LDR facilitates intensive leadership development designed for nonprofit sector leaders. Participating leaders use LDR tools and supports to manage their own leadership development. Collectively, these leaders will fuel a powerful social-change movement focused on solving the state’s most pressing problems.

LDR advances leadership by:

  • Providing strengths-based, experiential professional development support to nonprofit leaders, accelerating their leadership development and equipping them with the mindset, knowledge and skills to lead organizations effectively.
  • Embedding a dedication to continuous learning in their leadership practice.

LDR convenes and facilitates a cohort of qualified, engaged and enthusiastic leaders committed to the nonprofit sector and devoted to making an impact in their communities. The cohort model reinforces the “learn-through-doing” approach, providing support and space for reflection.
